GenMeds Membership fees are non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel, your membership won’t end right away. You’ll still have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid period.
Medication orders
Your medication orders are handled by the pharmacy you purchased your medication from.
If you are seeking a medication refund, please contact your pharmacy directly.
