How you get your medications depends on whether you were prescribed Wegovy or Zepbound
Wegovy
After clinician approval, your prescription is sent to Photon, your pharmacy coordinating partner. You can then choose how you'd like to receive your medication, with two fulfilment options.
Note: Before your visit, you’ll need to let your clinician know whether you want the oral tablet or the autoinjector, so the right prescription is written.
Option A: local pharmacy or Amazon
You’ll get a text
Your pharmacy coordinating partner will text you a link so you can choose a local pharmacy or Amazon for pickup or shipping.
Get your Wegovy Savings Card
You can sign up for your Wegovy Savings Card here:
Pay at pickup
Bring your savings card with you and pay for the medication at the pharmacy.
Option B: NovoCare mail order
Choose NovoCare
When you get the text from your pharmacy coordinating partner, open the mail order dropdown and select NovoCare.
NovoCare reaches out
Within 48 business hours, NovoCare will contact you to set up payment and shipping.
Set up your account
On your first prescription, you’ll sign a consent and create a NovoCare account.
Coordinate refills with NovoCare
After that, you’ll handle refills directly with NovoCare.
Good to know
Option A is paid at the pharmacy. Option B ships to your door through NovoCare.
The savings card only applies at a pharmacy or Amazon, so set it up before you go.
48 business hours means about two business days, not counting weekends.

Zepbound
After clinician approval, your prescription is sent to Photon, your pharmacy coordinating partner, and then to LillyDirect. How you receive your Zepbound depends on whether you're prescribed the KwikPen or the vial.
Before your visit, tell your clinician whether you want the KwikPen or the vial, since that choice changes how your prescription is fulfilled.
Option A: KwikPen
You’ll get a text
The pharmacy coordinating partner will text you a link so you can choose your pharmacy.
Choose Lilly Direct
In the pharmacy list, search for Lilly Direct using this address:
4343 Equity Drive, Columbus, OH
Option B: Vial
1. Your prescription goes straight to Lilly Direct
Lilly Direct is the only pharmacy that fills the vial, so we’ll send your prescription there for you. You do not need to choose a pharmacy.
You’ll skip the first pharmacy-selection text, but Lilly Direct will still text you directly, so keep an eye out for their message.
